A build of a very rigid CNC milling machine based on is capable of milling wood, plastics, and soft metals like aluminum. It features a sturdy frame, stepper motors for precise movement, and a spindle for cutting. This is the starting of my CNC journey. Although the machine is capable, its a kind of bootstrap project to learn more about CNC milling, CAM software, and machining techniques. Future plans include the build of a PrintNC machine.
